What’s the Course About?
This six-week program offers live, interactive Zoom sessions in a supportive, small-group setting. With guidance from experienced facilitators, each week we’ll explore key topics that are proven to enhance happiness, such as social connection, gratitude, and movement. We are using a live approach to make this personally relevant to YOU.

Meet Your Facilitators

Steve Quinlan, RSW
With over seven years of experience running live and hybrid meetings, Steve brings a wealth of knowledge and a dash of dry British humor to each session, helping participants feel at ease while learning.

Jon Laurino, RSW
An addictions counsellor with years of experience in mindfulness, Jon has been helping people live healthier, happier lives since 2019. His calm approach will guide you through reflective exercises and mindfulness practices.

Ben Smyth
With a background in homelessness services, Ben combines his experience in counseling with his deep knowledge of Buddhist meditation and yoga, ensuring a holistic approach to happiness.
Course Structure
Six live Zoom sessions held weekly
Each session will last one hour, featuring group discussions, activities, and a short meditation to close
You’ll receive course materials to support your learning after each session.
