Workplace Wellness and Team Building Workshops in Metro Vancouver

Help your team beat burnout and reconnect with its purpose.

When a team loses sight of why it exists, the problems pile up fast. Burnout. Low motivation. People pulling in different directions. At Happiness Management Society, we help teams across Metro Vancouver and the Lower Mainland step back, reconnect with their purpose, and watch many of those problems ease once everyone is working toward the same thing.

The idea is simple. Living it takes patience, and that is what makes it worth doing.

A Positive Psychology Approach to Team Wellbeing

Most workplace programs go straight to the immediate problem. We look further, at what your team actually wants to build together. Stephen’s philosophy comes from his TEDx talk,Manage Your Happiness, Not Your Anger: anger management teaches you to put out fires, and Happiness Management teaches you how to stop starting them.

At work, that looks like helping people build on their strengths, care for their mental wellbeing, and support each other through the hard stretches. Stephen’s belief is straightforward. Improve your mental wellbeing and you become a better worker, because success is a team sport.

Virtual sessions are also available for teams elsewhere in BC and across Canada.

How long is a typical team session?

Half-day sessions are the most common format, and full team days are available for deeper work. Keynotes and lunch-and-learns run 45 to 60 minutes, so they fit easily into a regular workday.

What is positive psychology in the workplace?

Positive psychology is the study of what helps people and groups thrive. In the workplace, it means building on strengths, purpose, and connection so teams feel better and work better together.
